Samsung unveiled a new high powered phone today, the Samsung Galaxy C9 Pro, meant for the Chinese market and inaugurating 6 GB RAM on Samsung’s phone. This model, also known as the SM-C9000 features a metal unibody case and a special setup for the antenna cutouts at the back.
It gives up the thick stripes in favour of 3 slim lines for the antennae, that will certainly set it apart from its rivals. The specs include a 6 inch Full HD Super AMOLED screen, plus an octa core Qualcomm Snapdragon 653 processor and 64 GB of storage. We’ve also got a microSD card slot, a 16 megapixel back camera, a front shooter with the same res and a 4000 mAh battery.
There’s a front placed fingerprint scanner, within the Home button of course and the usual connectivity options are here: LTE, WiFi a/b/g/n/ac, Bluetooth 4.2, NFC and dual SIM. Stereo acoustics are employed, with the earpiece also used as a secondary speaker. Samsung Galaxy C9 Pro will be available in pink or gold, starting at $470. This sounds a bit like a model making up for the Note 7.
