Nubia is ready to expand its Z17 handset lineup, by adding a new model or two over the next weeks, as it preps a brand new Nubia version. The newcomer was recently certified by TENAA and we have details below.

This new Nubia Z17 flagship adopts 8 GB of RAM and 64 GB of storage, so it will fit somewhere between the 6 GB RAM + 128 GB storage unit and the 8 GB RAM + 128 GB storage one. The one with the best specs is priced at $587, so we expect a smaller sum from the newcomer. Something like $530 or $550 sounds likely. The Nubia Z17 is a flagship with a Snapdragon 835 CPU and a 5.5 inch screen, plus a 16 MP front camera and a dual back shooter.

That one includes a 23 MP sensor and a 12 MP sensor, with 2X lossless zoom and dual LED flash. The already available Nubia Z17 has a 3200 mAh battery, with Quick Charge 4+ support, that lets you juice up the device from zero to 50% in a mere 20 minutes. It comes in black gold, obsidian black, solar gold and flame red, plus a new future version called Aurora Blue.

Should be made of metal and glass.
