The upcoming release of Nothing Ear (2) is causing quite a stir among tech enthusiasts, and the latest leak shows the complete design of the new earbuds. With just over a week until their debut, we now know that the Ear (2) will support LHDC Audio 5.0 and come with an IP certification.
The images, shared by @OnLeaks, show a design that is very similar to the previous model, with a transparent case and partially transparent stem. The only notable changes are the product name inscription and the relocation of the noise-canceling microphone from the bottom of the stem to the top.
The Ear (2) also feature white or red dots to indicate which earbud is for which ear. According to the specifications leaked online, the buds will have the same 11.6mm drivers as the first generation and offer up to 36 hours of audio playback with the case (2 hours more than the Ear (1)) or 6 hours without it. Additionally, the Ear (2) will weigh less than the first generation at 4.5 grams instead of 4.7 grams.
Not least will bring LHDC 5.0 support, and will have an IP54 rating for water and dust resistance. While there is no official price yet, it is expected to be around $99, similar to the first model. The launch event is scheduled for March 22, and fans are eagerly anticipating the release of the Ear (2) to see if they live up to the hype.
