We have seen our share of XPERIA X5 concept phones, but every time they get more beautiful and appealing. This time, we’re dealing with the design of Shane A. Bygrave, who created the Sony Ericsson XPERIA X5 Android phone you can see below. The device uses a 4 inch multitouch display, that supports a 1280 x 800 pixels resolution.
The above-mentioned screen is an OLED one and X5’s specs list also includes dual speakers, a sliding QWERTY keyboard, a portable display and 4G connectivity. Quad-band, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi and DLNA are also supported, together with USB, aGPS and underneath the case there’s a 1 GHz AMD Mobile Technology CPU.
An Nvidia 3D graphic chipset provides the eye candy, while 2GB ROM, 1GB RAM and SD/MMC/MC card slots provide the needed storage space of up to 1TB. Last, we learn that the camera at the back is an 8.1 megapixel unit and it comes with Photo Fix, video recording and touch focus.
