Acer made a big splash at both IFA 2015 and MWC 2016, bringing quite a few new and interesting devices to the scene at both events. Now some of those models are approaching launch time and have started getting certified by the authorities, like the FCC for example.

Among them we find the Acer Liquid Jade Primo, codenamed S58 and the Liquid Jade 2, codenamed S58A. Both have been approved for connectivity options like LTE, WCDMA, GSM, as well as Bluetooth and WiFi. Acer Liquid Jade Primo comes with Windows 10 Mobile, while the Jade 2 runs Android 6.0 Marshmallow and the two are quite similar in specs.

I’d even go out and say they’re more than similar, they’re basically the same phone with two different OSes. They share the 21 MP back camera, 32 GB of storage, 5.5 inch Full HD screen, 3 GB of RAM and Snapdragon 808 processor. Prices should also appear soon.
