We’ve just learned from a Tweet of an actress attending an audition that Sam Mendes (American Beauty director) is shooting a new commercial for Apple. It might just be that this ad is the one for the new iPhone (4G/HD), codenamed internally Mammoth/N90.
One of Engadget’s sources confirmed that the ads will include a spot showing a mother and daughter videochatting with the aid of the new handset and its front facing camera.
This pretty much confirms what we saw in the pics of the iPhone 4G leaks from Vietnam and those posted after the phone lost by an Apple employee reached Gizmodo. All of these details will be confirmed or dismissed on June 7th…
