And here’s your daily leak… today with BlackBerry Bold 9790, that has just reached the web through a leak of a picture. We’re talking about the handset that last time when it reached the web it had some appealing specs to go with it: 1.2GHz processor, NFC, 8GB of storage and 5 megapixel camera.
It also combines the touchscreen experience with the physical QWERTY keyboard just like the Bold 9930/9900. Of course, it runs BlackBerry OS 7 while it can, at least till the BBX OS comes up. Rumors say that this model will debut this week in Dubai together with the BlackBerry Knight that we’ve been waiting for a long while.
The Bold 9790 is the handset on the left side above and the source of the leak describes it as lighter and slimmer than the Bold 9700, that’s actually good news. No trace of launch date, pricing or favorite carriers, but we’re expecting a pre-Xmas debut for sure, else this model would be obsolete. Meanwhile RIM continues work on the first BBX device….
