BGR has recently had a chance to mess with the BlackBerry Bold Touch (aka the Monaco/Monza), which is pictured below. They put the handset through a hands-in experience and this handset has been a mystery for a while now, first being detailed in January. BGR is claiming that the phone looks better in real life than in renders and that’s just the start.
We’re dealing with a solid handset, that packs a responsive touchscreen and a spacious BlackBerry keyboard. There’s also a new battery from RIM on board, so maybe we’ll get more functioning time from this unit. The device is supposed to be announced at BlackBerry World and released internationally in the June-July time frame.
BlackBerry Bold Touch 9930 supports a resolution of 640 x 480 pixels and should run BlackBerry OS 6.1, but we’ve yet to learn more on its specs.
