We love special offers, especially ones that come out of nowhere. One such deal involves the freshly launched BLU Vivo XL2, that officially debuted with a $150 price tag, but today and only today goes for $100. Not bad for a 5.5 incher with 3 GB of RAM!
BLU is an US company that has been dabbling in the area of entry level and midrange smartphones for quite a few years now. They somehow missed the opportunity to show the BLU Vivo XL2 at CES, but here they are with the newcomer. The product is available with a $50 rebate between 11 am and 5 pm EST today only, as long as Amazon has enough supplies.
The product brings 3 GB of RAM, 32 GB of storage, as well as a 13 megapixel back camera and a front 8 MP shooter with wide angle lens. Metallic finish is promised by the device’s maker, as well as “glass like transparent coats” and “sunburst effects”. It seems to be at least partially made of metal and it also has a gently curved 2.5D glass panel upfront.
The BLU Vivo XL2 measures 9.2 mm in thickness and has a 5.5 inch HD display, 3150 mAh battery with Quick Charge support, dual SIM slots and 4G LTE. The CPU is rather modest, a quad core MediaTek MT6737T unit, while the OS is Android Marshmallow.
