Something has just hit the FCC… but the discovery is so vague, that we’re not sure if this is good or bad news. It could be excellent news, because the mysterious HTC CEDA200 smartphone is a portrait-styled Windows Mobile device and it even supports CDMA connectivity.

FCC must keep the photos of the handset away from the public till July 30th, so we might be dealing with HTC Cedar or Willow here and its scheduled Q2 release date. HTC and CDMA? This is surely a recipe for success…
