After they said that a Windows Phone device will be launched in August, it seems that this one is going to be released lately this year on the market.
However, we get to see a first image with their first Windows Phone 8.1 smartphone dubbed Win 400. This device will offer a 4-inch display, a quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 200 MSM8212 processor clocked at 1.2 GHz, a 5-megapixel rear camera with LED flash, a 0.3-megapixel front-facing camera and a polycarbonate housing.
Celkon Win 400 will be available on the market in two different colors (black and white), and it will be sold exclusively through Snapdeal online retailer for about $114.
