Coolpad is one of the big device makers in China and as such innovation is expected from them. That’s why I can’t say I’m surprised they’ve come up with a handset that has 3 cameras. This model is called Coolpad V1-C and it’s pictured below.
It has recently passed the TENAA certifications and it has very slim bezels, plus a design that makes me think of a HTC. This is supposed to be some sort of flagship, on account of its Quad HD display. It measures 8.75 mm in thickness, weighs 182 grams and offers support for GSM, CDMA and TD-LTE networks. There’s a 2.5 GHz Qualcomm CPU inside, probably a Snapdragon 801 or 805, according to leaks, as well as 3 GB of RAM.
The Coolpad V1-C has 32 GB of storage, dual rear cameras and a 5 megapixel front shooter. The display upfront is a 5.98 incher with a 2560 x 1440 pixel resolution. Its dual back camera includes a 20.7 megapixel IMX220 Sony Exmor sensor, as well as a depth of field camera, pretty much like the HTC One M8.
