After months of tests and releases, Firefox Mobile is now available in its final version on Nokia N900. The device that runs Maemo 5 can be seen below and you should know that Firefox Mobile is also heading to the Android and Windows Mobile handsets, as well.

It might even reach the Apple iPad or iPhone, if Steve Jobs allows it. This browser’s main appeal is the ability of customizing it by adding functions via add-ons. Firefox is the very first mobile web browser to support these extra features, available as 40 add-ons right now.

Will this new version make Mozilla a truly worthy opponent on the mobile browser market?
