August has begun and with it a series of interesting launches, that will culminate with the debut of the Galaxy Note 5 and the Galaxy S6 Edge Plus. While the two have been fixtures in a variety of leaks and hands on shots, plus specs, today we get to see their first press renders.
The Galaxy S6 Edge Plus is obviously just a bigger S6 Edge, as expected, while the Galaxy Note 5 has the stylus next to it and adopts narrow bezels. Its format basically combines design traits from both the Note 4 and Galaxy S6. The metallic edges seem to be less prominent than on the Note 4 and the Home button with metal ring around it is the same as one of the Galaxy S6 Edge Plus.
The S Pen has an auto eject mechanism and it seems “fatter” than usual. Galaxy S6 Edge Plus also brings subtle changes from the smaller model, like the straight top and bottom, as well as slimmer bezels compared to the overall size. Who’s excited?
