Aside from the S1200 handset, Giga-byte also launched another device today, the GSmart MS820, that supports GPRS/EDGE/HSDPA connectivity and features a GPS and a 1300 mAh battery. There’s also WiFi on board, Bluetooth 2.0 and a 5 megapixel camera, all of that on the same Windows Mobile handset.

MS820’s camera features face detection and the device is powered by a Marvell PXA270 CPU (520 MHz), plus it comes with 256 MB ROM, 128 MB RAM and a microSD card slot. Controlling the phone with the aid of the Smart Touch interface is a breeze and the Giga-Byte handset also uses a G-Sensor app, that reveals the presence of an accelerometer.
