Are you ready for a new affordable dual SIM Android phone? Then embrace the Gigabyte GSMart G1355, pictured below. This model will be shown at MWC 2012, in Barcelona and it’s supposed to be both affordable and reasonably well specced, as you’ll see after the break. We’re dealing here with a handset that runs Android 2.3 without any customization on top.

This dual SIM phone uses an 800 MHz Qualcomm MSM7227T processor and comes with 512MB of RAM, an Adreno 200 GPU, a 5 megapixel camera with LED flash and a 4.3 inch WVGA display. Its case measures 11.5mm and this entry level unit has no price or launch date just yet. The G1355 will debut in Barcelona where we’ll get some hands on quality time with it. Know that its camera supports autofocus and that there’s also a microSD card slot and WiFi on the specs list.

The phone weighs a huge 170 grams, that makes it pretty fat even for a 4.3 incher. With these specs, I’d be surprised if the phone didn’t cost $300 unlocked, or even less, who knows? I’d take the HTC ChaCha with similar specs any day over this unit, honestly…
