GPSWeatherRadar is a Windows Mobile app created by XDA-Developer member AVS777 and this nifty piece of software is able to lock on to a GPS location and show infra red and satellite views of the local weather. Here’s the app in action for a better view of its functions:

This is a free program that should run on most Windows Mobile 5 (or later) devices, requiring a mere data connection and optional integrated GPS chip. GPSWeatherRadar will also need .NET 3.5 Compact Framework installed in order to work. All you need to do is download the cab file(s) and run them on the device.
