Gresso is one of the major players on the luxury phone market and the company has just announced a new product line, dubbed Grand Monaco LE. These handsets are inspired by Formula 1 race cars and the “LE” branding stands for leather, that adorns the devices.

Gresso’s new luxury phones feature pure leather and they’re available in two color versions: bright red and black, both looking as cool as it gets. The casings are made out of titanium and covered with a ceramic coating, while the display is covered with a 42K sapphire crystal that’s scratch resistant and polished by hand.

The keyboard was made with the aid of a sheet of polished steel with laser cut symbols, while the surface of the handset sports a dark mirror-like finish, thanks to a Titanium black PVD coating. Specs aren’t that impressive, since they’re average and include stuff like Bluetooth, a 2MP camera, EDGE and email.

Gresso Grand Monaco LE phones will set you back $1800 and they’re already available in dealers showrooms right now.
