Russian company Highscreen has debuted a new phone, the ICE 2, that stands out through a notification panel at the back. This model runs Android 4.4 KitKat, on top of a MediaTek MT6592 processor. Its processor is clocked at 1.7 GHz and its screen is a 4.7 incher.

The device features an IPS LCD panel with a 720p resolution and integrates 2 megapixel selfie shooter, as well as a 13 megapixel CMOS camera, at the back. It’s a dual SIM device, that offers GSM/WCDMA support and comes with Bluetooth 4.0 and WiFi compatibility. Other specs include 2 GB of RAM, 16 GB of storage, a microSD card slot for extra storage and a 2500 mAh battery.

There will be different color versions of the Highscreen ICE 2 and its price tag is around $260. The device’s UI is pretty much stock and the small window for notifications at the back seems to be monochrome. The camera at the back features a Sony IMX214 processor and this model measures 8.7 mm in thickness, while weighing 135 grams.
