DigiTimes informs us that HTC Click should hit the market in September with a very small price tag, that’ll make it a huge hit. HTC is so confident in this handset and HTC Mega, that it predicts a 19% growth in shipments in Q4 2009 due to those new budget phones (one runs Windows Mobile and one Android).
HTC Click sounds like the perfect affordable phone, since it might retail for $300 before a 2 year contract and subsidies, that’ll probably take the price down under or maybe make the device available for free. T-Mobile are you reading this?
Let’s hope the carrier adopts the handset and integrates it in its portofolio, since the US doesn’t seem to be getting too much Android love lately.
