It’s the day of big FCC approvals and after seeing Moto Sholes getting the authority’s blessing, it’s time for another Android handset to go through the same process. We’re talking about HTC Desire, that also got the Wi-Fi Alliance clearance around the same date.
Verizon is the carrier that could announce HTC Desire, also known under the codename ADR6200 or ADR6200VW. “ADR” stands for Android, while “VW” is Verizon Wireless, as you might have guessed.
Too bad that there’s no specs list to look at, for Desire, so all we have right now is the fact that it supports Wi-Fi connectivity, as shown by the Wi-Fi Alliance approval.
