If you’re looking for a proper rival for the Samsung Celox, the LTE 4.5 incher related to the Galaxy S II, then here we have it: HTC Holiday. This smartphone was recently leaked and spotted on Craigslist, in prototype form.

These pictures you can see right here were taken by a person who purchased the handset, or so says an XDA forum thread. The HTC Holiday seems to be pretty damaged, but we’ll leave that aside and check out its specs, that include an appealing dual core 1.2GHz processor, 1GB of RAM, a 4.5 inch qHD display and 8 megapixel camera.

There’s also a 1.3 megapixel upfront and you’ll find WiFi 802.11 b/g/n and Bluetooth 3.0 among the specs as well. As far as the design goes, it reminds me greatly of the HTC Incredible S and the tapered edges of the smartphone are a nice touch. The camera gets a dual LED flash, according to the guys who saw this device.

Expect the unit to appear on AT&T’s portofolio, competing with its brothers, the HTC Ruby and Holiday for T-Mobile.
