HTC Prime and Ignite were big rumors back in the days when HTC Sensation was still codenamed Pyramid… now they’re back as new WP7 handsets, with leaked specs and images. The latest leak comes from Dutch retailer The Phone House, a subsidiary of the famous Carphone Warehouse.
They offered the images below and listed the devices as “Coming Soon”. Of course, no price or launch date was mentioned, at least not yet. As far as specs go, HTC Prime is a side sliding QWERTY model, with a 3.7 inch touchscreen, 512MB of RAM and a 5MP camera with LED Flash. It might arrive with Windows Phone 7 Mango, just like the Ignite.
HTC Ignite tackles the low end segment of the WP7 market, with a 3.7 inch display with WVGA resolution, 512MB of RAM and a 5MP camera. What’s low end about it is the 800 MHz CPU, something usual for a WP unit. The question is: Mango or no Mango?
