We’ve seen HTC Mega leak a bunch of times before, but never in so much detail, as the folks of the ai.rs blog managed to find out more info concerning HTC’s low end Windows Mobile handset. The device looks pretty decent, aside from the QVGA screen, that has recently lost its love from the Windows Mobile developers crew.

HTC Mega measures 104x55x12.8mm and supports WCDMA/HSPA (900/2100 MHz), GSM/EDGE (850/900/1800/1900 MHz), WiFi 802/11 b/g and Bluetooth 2.0 with EDR connectivity. The handset runs Windows Mobile 6.5 Professional and uses a 2.8 inch QVGA touchscreen, also packing a 3.2 megapixel fixed focus camera, 256MB ROM and 256MB RAM.

A microSD card slot is also on board, together with GPS/AGPS, TouchFLO 2D UI, a 528 MHz Qualcomm MSM7225 CPU and a 1100 mAh battery.
