HTC One E9+ has just been announced for India, keeping the same specs as the original model that was made official last month. The product packs a 5.5 inch Quad HD screen and relies on an octa core MediaTek Helio X10 processor, clocked at 2 GHz.

The handset will reach Indian stores at the end of May and pricing will be announced later on. HTC One E9+ will come in Meteor Grey, Gold Sophia and Rose Gold and it brings 3 GB of RAM, 16 GB of storage, a microSD card slot and Android 5.0 Lollipop as the OS, with HTC Sense 7.0 applied. There’s a 20 megapixel back camera with LED flash and an Ultrapixel front facing shooter.

We’ve got a dual nano SIM setup here and the E9+ measures 7.54 mm in thickness, while also weighing 150 grams. It packs dual front facing BoomSound speakers with Dolby Audio acoustics and integrates a 2800 mAh battery. There’s 4G LTE connectivity on board and HSPA+.
