Among a huge amount of rumors mongering related to a potential ASUS-HTC buyout, today we learn that HTC is prepping the launch of the 2PMW100 and H7 tablets, model we honestly haven’t heard of before.

These products were listed in a Zauba import document, with this Indian firm leaking devices before, all of them legit. These are merely codenames of the new slates and the document states that the HTC 2PMW100 is priced at $463, so we’re expecting a higher end model in the vein of Nexus 9, possibly with an 8.9 inch screen, 2 GB of RAM and a 6700 mAh battery.

There’s an 8 megapixel camera in the mix and the other unit is the HTC H7, that’s an older acquaintance of ours. It will integrate a 7 inch screen, 1 GB of RAM and 16 GB of storage, plus a quad core CPU, clocked at 1.2 GHz. The price is at $149. Keep in mind that while we say “price”, it’s actually the value declared for the product when imported.
