The news of the day is that HTC Touch Diamond2 will be arriving on April 17 2009, or so claims Expansys and it’ll cost about $560.

Unveiled at MWC 2009, together with Touch Pro2 and HTC Magic, the smartphone packs a Qualcomm MSM7200 528 MHz processor, Windows Mobile 6.1 Professional (upgradable to WM 6.5) and 512 MB ROM/ 288 MB RAM.

There’s also a 3.2 inch TFT LCD touchscreen on board (480 x 800 pixels resolution), HSDPA/WCDMA Support, quad band GSM/GPRS/EDGE connectivity and a new version of TouchFLO 3D, ready to be used. A revolutionary zoom bar stands out as the innovative element of the device, also present on Touch Pro2.
