After seeing the HTC Touch HD taking a tour of Europe, in video reviews, it’s time for it to land in Czechia (again if I’m not mistaking) and be analyzed by the eye of the specialists. We’ll see a comparison between the Touch HD and iPhone 3G and a quick tour of its main features. Access this link for the video and keep on reading for a brief recap of the facts:

When compared to the iPhone, the Touch HD impresses right from the start, through its huge touchscreen (3.8 inch, 480 x 800 pixels) and very few keys, or so claim the guys from Mobilmania.cz, the authors of the video review. This HTC beauty is only 12mm thick and it will never be called an iPhone clone, no matter what Apple fans think.

Touch HD has rounded edges and manages to weigh only 146 grams and still pack a soft touch back cover, a 5 megapixel camera with autofocus, a mini USB connector, a 3.5mm audio connector and various connectivity options, like Bluetooth, WiFi, 3G (HSDPA included) and GPS. The handset’s core is a 528 MHz processor, aided by 288 MB of RAM, that should make Windows Mobile 6.1 Professional spin pretty fast.
