Huawei’s GR5 handset has passed local certification in order to have it sold in Taiwan. Also codenamed Huawei KII-L22, this phone is shown below and it brings midrange specs within the higher echelon.
It’s an LTE device with Bluetooth and WiFi also certified by the authority mentioned above. This model runs Android 5.1.1 with Emotion UI 3.1 on top and relies on a Snapdragon 616 processor (octa core), a 5 inch Full HD screen and a 5 megapixel selfie camera. It has a 13 megapixel main cam and provides 2 GB of RAM and 16 GB of storage.
Its battery is quite generous for a 5 inch phone, with a capacity of 3000 mAh. At the back we find a fingerprint scanner and Huawei is going to sell this product in gold, silver or gray. LTE Category 4 is the flavour supported here, with up to 150 Mbps download speed and up to 50 Mbps uploads.
