It hasn’t been very long since we reviewed the Huawei Honor 6 handset and already we’re checking out its bigger sibling, the Honor 6 Plus. This model came to us for testing purposes recently and can be seen in the unboxing below.
We’re dealing with a Full HD phablet, that comes inside a big blue box, like the Honor 6 model. The price is around $450 and the box features an USB cable, a big charger, manuals and screen protections, but no headphones, like the Honor 6. This model’s selling point is its dual camera at the back. The phone measures 7.5 mm in thickness and weighs 164 grams.
It integrates a 5.5 inch IPS LCD display with a Full HD resolution, dual SIM slots and a HiSilicon Kirin 925 octa core processor, as well as 3GB of RAM and 16 GB of storage. There’s also a 32 GB storage version and we get a microSD card slot in the mix too. At the back we find dual 8 MP shooters, plus an extra 8 MP shooter upfront. LTE connectivity and Android 4.4 with Emotion UI round up the specs list.
There’s also infrared connectivity and a 3600 mAh battery. You should also know that the back camera has 1.98 micron pixels, being pretty much on Ultrapixel level. We’ll be back with a full review very soon.
