Huawei Honor 9 Lite has been available for a while in China and now it comes to the Western markets. The device is a midranger, with a dual back camera and also a dual front camera, feeling pretty similar to the Mate 10 Lite, but smaller in size.

Announced in China in December, it comes with specs similar to the Honor 7X, but it has those 4 cameras as an appeal. Huawei Honor 9 Lite is priced at 229 euros or 199 GBP in UK, which translates to $280 in USA. The handset packs a 5.65 inch Full HD+ display, with an 18:9 FullView display and relies on the Kirin 659 octa core CPU, 3 GB of RAM and 32 GB of storage.

There’s also a microSD card slot, a 3000 mAh battery and a fingerprint sensor, of course. It runs on Android 8.0 with EMUI 8.0 on top and the 4 cameras on board are split as follows: dual lens 13 MP + 2 MP front shooters and dual 13 MP + 2 MP back cams with LED flash. There’s a special customized “beauty algorithm”, that makes the eyes pop and cheeks glow. How cool is that?

There’s also depth of field effects for both cams and pretty fast PDAF, as well as a “Good Food Mode”. Up to get it?
