As we get closer and closer to MWC 2015 we remind ourselves, that great things are expected this year from Chinese companies, such as Huawei. They are the ones that debut the show pretty much every year and always deliver a pleasant surprise. Today we stumble upon the Huawei MediaPad X2, a 7 inch phablet shown below.

All we’ve got right now are leaked pictures of its case, looking quite massive. Rumors say that we will be dealing with a 7 inch screen on board, that supports a 1920 x 1200 pixel resolution and it’s accompanied by a Kirin 925 processor, 3 GB of RAM and a 5500 mAh battery. There should be Android 5.0 on board with a brand new Emotion UI 3.0 on top and there’s even a rumored price tag here, of 270 euros.

This is actually not bad for this… let’s say phone, since it will probably also get phone features. Following the latest trends, the device should also include a solid selfie camera, but the main camera hole looks quite small, so I don’t have great expectations for that one.
