Yesterday, FCC certified the Huawei P10 smartphone – a sign that the device will be soon available in the USA and Canada for buying. Meanwhile, we get our hands on a couple of new promotional images with no one else than the Huawei P10 Plus – the variant that will bring a 5.5 inch curved display.
At first sight, this curved panel seems to be pretty similar to the one found on Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge, with that sharp metal frame on the sides. Unlike the Huawei P10 that will offer a physical home button with a fingerprint scanner, the Plus variant will bring a standard fingerprint scanner placed on the back.
In terms of the hardware specs we expect to see here a Quad HD resolution for the 5.5 inch screen, 4 or 6 GB RAM memory and an octa-core HiSilicon 960 processor. A dual-camera will be found on the back with laser autofocus, dual-tone flash and Leica optics. According to the latest rumors, we’ll get 32, 64 and 128 GB flash storage variants.
