Expected to be released on September 4 during a special event that will take place at IFA 2014 show in Berlin, the Huawei Ascend Mate 7 will pack a fingerprint scanner, a feature that not only offer the possibility to unlock the device, but to make online payments as well. Today, we find out that Huawei signed up an agreement with PayPal and Alipay for fingerprint payments.
With such a feature, we’ll be able to shop online from stores that accept PayPal and then pay just by placing our finger on the dedicated sensor found on the back of the device. After the shopping ends, all the transactions and other operations will be stored in the PayPal wallet.
As we already know, Huawei Ascend Mate 7 will bring a 6-inch Full HD display, an octa-core Kirin 920 processor clocked at 1.8 GHz, 2 GB of RAM memory, 16 GB space of storage, a 16-megapixel camera on the back, a 5-megapixel front-facing camera and a 4.000 mAh battery. Which one would you choose once available on the market, the Ascend Mate 7 or the Samsung Galaxy Note 4?
