There’s yet another aspect of this release: the increase of the sales of Android devices, like HTC Magic, Hero, Motorola Droid, since they’ll get all the navigational features one needs to travel basically anywhere. Here’s what Nav N Go says in the official press release:

“Since the users have high expectations when it comes to mobile mail apps, web browsing, and other software downloaded from the Apple App Store and Google Android Market, Nav N Go will try to meet the demands of the public, by making its navigational solution compatible with more operating systems. iGO is already available on Windows Mobile and iPhone OS and soon it’ll hit the Android platform, with a 3D interface, precision and efficiency.”
