After finding out that MeeGo has been released in the wild, as a pre-alpha for smartphones, we’ve come across a picture of a device running said OS. This is an Aava Moorestown device (based on Intel’s platform) and we wonder if it’s Nokia material, or if it’s made by Intel.
As far as we know, Nokia will be announcing (at some point), the N9 handset, the very first to run MeeGo OS. This is the platform that the Finns will rely on, for the following N Series devices, replacing the already dated Symbian^3 and killing (maybe not) Symbian^4.
