The handset has already been pictured in a prototype phase by NDTV Gadgets and it’s shown in the picture above. Inside it we find the 2013 flagship CPU Snapdragon 600 and this model comes with 4G LTE connectivity and obviously Sailfish OS 2.0. It’s expected to be priced at around $236 and Intex is looking at a launch in Russia and potentially other countries as well.

The specs of the device will be detailed tomorrow, when the MWC unveiling is scheduled. Sailfish OS 2.0 was showcased at the Barcelona MWC this year and it comes with an improved UI and multitasking, support for Intel CPUs and new software integration for partners. Recently Jolla announced that they will be separating their software and hardware efforts, as they try to license the OS to more partners.

Seems to be working out fine so far.
