Mashable has a very interesting poll for us to comment upon, one that pits iOS 4 against Android 2.2 Froyo. As far as the poll is concerned, people are more keen on Froyo than on iOS 4, as 61% of the voters prefer Google’s platform instead of the Apple solution, that received 33% of the votes, with the rest going to other platforms.
In spite of bringing multitasking, folders and an universal inbox to the scene, iOS 4 fails to impress, mostly because its features were already available in other OSes. Android 2.2 has been impressive so far, specially on some Nexus One units, but this release has been plagued by many delays and the fact that Froyo is not yet finalized and ready for release.
Among the advantages of Android 2.2 we must mention a great interface and performance, cloud syncing and Adobe Flash 10.1 support. Which one do you like?
