The lucky folks of iPhone Portugal had a very pleasant weekend, toying with the iPhone 4G’s middle frame, as shown in the following videos. They discussed the improvements and characteristics of the frame in the first video and simply showed of the components in the second one:

For starters, the part you’re seeing is made out of aluminium and it’s very tough, so it won’t bend or fold. Also the design is astonishing and reminds the reviewer of MacBook Pro and iPad, quality-wise. The iPhone HD’s chassis shows that much detail was put into the product and overall this device seems to have a better handling than its predecessors.

Also, the unit is narrower than the iPhone 3GS and even the 2G unit. Just 5 days left till the big debut…. More gadget pr0n below:
