Apple is looking at fixing what they’ve done with the last iPhone OS 4.0 beta release, since version 2 was more about damages than upgrades. Version 3 should be better, or so we hope and if you’re a developer that’s part of the Apple iPhone program you can try it for yourself.

Be prepared for the worst and oh, by the way, initially the update was pulled, then sneaky hackers found a way around the lack of the software and now the firmware is back. Confusing, isn’t it?

However, this is good enough to start a fanboy brawl over the quality of Windows Phone 7 or iPhone OS… if you don’t believe us, check Engadget’s comments out.
