LeECo is prepping a new phone it seems and the device just got certified by TENAA, meaning it’s reasonably close to launch time. The model in question is the LeEco Le 2, that recently got the TENAA blessing and it’s detailed below.
This model seems to sport a big back camera and a bezelless front panel. It includes a metal chassis that’s not exactly slim and gets antenna cutouts at the back, plus a fingerprint scanner. TENAA also lists some specs, like a 5.5 inch Full HD screen and the MediaTek Helio X20 processor, a 10 core chipset clocked at up to 2.3 GHz.
3 GB of RAM, 32 GB of storage are here too, but the microSD part is up in the air, since its dedicated field is left blank. Things get interesting in the camera area, where we get a 16 megapixel shooter, that doesn’t do 4K video for some reason. Selfies are taken using an 8 megapixel cam and the whole thing weighs 153 grams and measures 7.7 mm in thickness. The OS of choice is Android Marshmallow.
