LeEco is prepping yet another powerhouse of a phone, the LeEco Pro 3 model, that’s said to offer a very beefy battery. Xiaomi usually took the max level to 4000 mAh on its midrangers, but this newcomer is going to take capacity to 5000 mAh.
The really impressive bit is that the battery gets crammed within a 7 mm slim chassis. This handset is said to come with a new video-focused software and also social networking integration. On the specs front, we get a Snapdragon 821 CPU, 6 GB of RAM and 64 GB of storage, as well as a 16 megapixel back camera and an 8 megapixel front shooter.
The impressive thing about that 7 mm waist is that the Gionee M6 model has a 5000 mAh battery and it’s 8.2 mm thick, while the Redmi note had a 4100 mAh unit and was 8.7 mm thick. Basically LeEco would be establishing a record here. Expect to hear more about the product soon, since LeEco wants to have the first Snapdragon 821 model out, even before the Xiaomi Mi Note 2, that debuts on September 14th.
