Lenovo Phab2 was showcased this summer, together with that crazy flexible bracelet phone and the Project Tango device, but now it’s coming to India. The generous phablet with a 6.4 inch HD screen is priced at $175 and will be available locally from December 9th.
It will be available in gunmetal grey and champagne gold and it’ll be sold by Flipkart in India. Inside we find a MediaTek MT8735 processor, a quad core chip clocked at 1.3 GHz and coupled with 3 GB of RAM. There’s also 32 GB of storage, a 13 megapixel main camera and a front 5 MP shooter. Lenovo also claims that the device has augmented reality effects in the camera app.
There’s also a 5 MP selfie camera here with an 85 degree wide angle lens, plus Lenovo also said it included 3 microphones in order to record top notch video and support noise cancellation. Lenovo Phab2 runs on Android 6.0 Marshmallow and uses a hybrid dual SIM setup, plus it measures 9.6 mm in thickness and weighs 225 grams. On the connectivity front there’s 4G LTE, WiFi, Bluetooth 4.0 and GPS.
The battery is a generous 4050 mAh unit.
