Today, through the guys from Benzinga, a financial media company that offers premium suite of services and exclusive insights from industry experts and analyst ratings, we get to know that the Chinese company Lenovo plans to make an offer to the Canadian mobile communication company BlackBerry in order to acquire it.

According to the source that sent this information to Benzinga, is expected that Lenovo will offer at first $15.00 per share, whit a deal ultimately getting done around $18.00 per share. As we already know, the Chinese group Lenovo is the company that owns the American company Motorola.

Benzinga also let us know that a spokeperson for BlackBerry told that the company won’t comment on rumors or speculation. It remains to see what is going to happen later this week, if Lenovo is indeed going to make an offer for BlackBerry or not.
