Today, LG Electronics announced a new Android device that is a little bit left in the past. The device in case is called LG Wine Smart (F480K), and as you can see in the picture below, this one is a flip-phone designed for middle-aged and elderly people. As we already know, in South Korea such flip devices are still popular and we expect that the phone to be sold just on this market.
LG Wine Smart comes with a 3.5-inch HVGA display (320 x 480 pixels), a quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 (MSM8926) processor clocked at 1.2 GHz, 1 GB of RAM memory, 4 GB space of internal storage, a 8-megapixel CMOS camera on the back, a 0.3-megapixel front-facing camera and a 1.700 mAh battery.
This device also brings LTE Cat.4 , WiFi, Bluetooth 4.0, Android 4.4 KitKat and the T-DMB technology that allow users to receive terrestrial digital broadcasting in South Korea. LG Wine Smart will be released in a couple of versions developed for several mobile operators from South Korea, like KT, SK Telekom and LG U+. LG will launch the Wine Smart phone in stores in two different color variations (white, black) on September 26 at an accessible price.
