With just a few hours before the official LG press conference at CES 2015, LG G Flex 2 gets leaked in both pictures and specs list offering us a pretty good sight at the phone. As we expected, the phone brings now a smaller display, more precisely a 5.5-inch unit that offers a Full HD resolution of 1.920 x 1.080 pixels.
Among its features we have a special glass protection for the display that should offer up to 20% more protection in accidental drops, and a back cover with a self-healing technology improved. While on the first Flex model we had to wait up to 3 minutes in order to see the scratches gone, now the time needed is just 10 seconds.
On the hardware we have a 64-bit octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 810 processor clocked at 2.0 GHz, 2 GB of DDR4 RAM memory, 16 or 32 GB space of internal storage, a microSD card slot and a 3.000 mAh battery that comes with a quick charging technology (50% in 40 minutes).
LG G Flex 2 brings a similar 13-megapixel rear camera with led flash and laser autofocus just like LG G3 and a 2.1-megapixel front-facing sensor. In terms of connectivity, this phone packs NFC, A-GPS, Bluetooth 4.0 and 4G LTE. G Flex 2 will be available in silver and red starting this month.
