LG KP500 is known as an affordable touch phone, that also goes by the name of Cookie and will be available for 170 euros (before taxes). LG Cookie features a design that reminds us of the Renoir, plus a Flash-based UI that is thumb-friendly, but you also get a stylus, if you’re too clumsy.

This new LG device incorporates an accelerometer, that will enhance gaming features and support auto screen rotation, when viewing images video or documents plus the landscape virtual QWERTY keypad. LG KP500 Cookie is 11.9mm slim and features a 3 inch TFT touchscreen display, a 3 megapixel fixed focus camera with video recording support (QVGA at 12 fps).

No 3G support sadly, but you’ll be able to use EDGE and quad-band GSM. When it comes to video playback, Cookie won’t offer DivX and XviD support, relying instead on MPEG4 at 24 fps (240 x 400 pixels).
