Although LG Nexus 4 is not debuting tomorrow, as we hoped, because of the Sandy hurricane, it doesn’t mean phone retailers aren’t getting ready for its debut. One of them is Carphone Warehouse, one of the largest retailers of handsets in Europe. As you can see right here, we have a small promo panel showing the prices of the device, on and off contract.
The handset goes for 389.95 quid in the SIM free version and it’s available for free with a 31 quid a month contract. It’s listed as packing an 8 megapixel camera with LED flash and a battery that provides about 12 hours of talk time. LG Nexus 4 incorporates a 1.5 GHz quad core Snapdragon S4 processor and weighs 139 grams. There’s also Android 4.1 Jelly Bean on board and that’s about everything the retailer is able to unveil right now. Obviously we know a lot more about the phone, since it has been leaked, reviewed, forgotten in a bar and basically handled by everyone out there…
It’s becoming ridiculous that so many leaks are happening and LG doesn’t even issue a press release about the device, although they even posted a quick start guide for the phone on their website. Kind of strange, right? The device also features a 4.7 inch HD screen and comes in 8 GB and 16 GB versions. 31 pounds a month to get the phone for free sounds appealing, right?
