Apparently, this is an older build of WP7, or so say the commenters on wmpoweruser, who know a bit of Russian. Also, we learn that the guy in the clip said something about a revolutionary way of inserting the SIM into the device. While nothing about this UI surprises us, since we’ve seen in before, we have to mention that the Windows Phone 7 interface is very responsive.
Odds are that LG Panther will be the very first WP7 handset on the market, unless some Omnia model doesn’t take off earlier.
