Back at MWC 2016, the LG X series debuted with great fanfare, including the LG X Cam and LG X Screen models. Today we learn that those devices have been certified by South Korean communication authorities and are ready for local launch.
They should debut this month, on local carriers. Codenamed LG-F650S, LG-F650K and LG-F650L, these models were certified on March 10th for all connectivity options. LG’s G5 flagship also got the same treatment, under the codenames LG-F700S, LG-700K, LG-F700L. LG X Cam is a handset with midrange specs, a dual camera at the back and a 5.2 inch Full HD screen.
It also has an octa core CPU, Android 6.0 and a 2520 mAh battery. The X Screen has a secondary always on screen above the main 4.93 inch display, plus it offers a 13 MP back camera and 8 MP front shooter. A quad core CPU and 2 GB of RAM fills in the blanks.
